Santa Ana Cutting Service was founded in 1989 by German Salgado whose career began at a major winter sports apparel company cutting samples and production jobs and making computerized markers. A decade and a half later, he ventured out on his own and was soon cutting samples for swim and skiwear manufacturers. German brought a wealth of knowledge working with both small and large apparel manufacturers.
